| Mercedes minibuse that have seen some service with Nu-Venture
|
The first Mercedes-Benz to be owned by Nu-Venture was minicoach (F301 GNB). This was used on works and school contracts before leaving the fleet in November 1998. |
The first Merecedes-Benz buses arrived in April 2000 when new bus routes were won in the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells areas. They were also used on Sunday service 125 between Chatham and Maidstone as seen here by (N254 DUR). Both these vehicles left the fleet in April 2000. | ![]() |
| The next pair to arrive were UVG bodied with front wheelchair lifts for Kent Karrier services in the Tonbridge area. Both initially carried Kent Karrier livery, but lost this in 2002 gaining fleet livery as shown here by (N102 CKN). |
With the arrival of a new contract in the Medway area for services 113 and 114 linking Chatham, Gillingham and Hempsted in a Circular service further vehicles were required at the Hoo depot. First two Varios arrived on loan from Mistral, after three months these returned and new vehicles arrived. (V248 BNV) is seen at Hempstead Valley on service 113. Both these were withdrawn in November 1999 and replaced by low floor Dennis Dart SLFs. |

| A further two Varios arrived for service on Maidstone area services in April 2000. These replaced earlier Mercedes busees in the fleet. They are used in and around Maidstone during the week including on evening service 12 and on Sunday service 297. |
Throughout 2001 and early 2002 a couple of Varios were loaned for use at Aylesford to maintain an increased vehicle requirement. (P493 TGA) was the second of the loans and is seen operating on the Chatham Park & Ride service.. | ![]() |
December 2003 saw the withdrawal of (W575 JVV) being replaced by an MPD. (W576 JVV) followed it to Dawson Rentals in February 2004. A brief loan towards the end of 2005 is Plaxton bodied (P171 TNY) which was primarily used on the Birling Shuttle service. After a period off the road (N102 CKN) was the only Mercedes minibus in service with Nu-Venture during March 2008.
